P7B Skipper Task

Our next Skipper topic is ‘Look on the Bright Side’. Harvard University research on positive psychology shows that gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. People feel and express gratitude in multiple ways.

What are you grateful for and how could you show it?

  1. I am grateful to have friends so I need to be kind and play with them in the playground and should show them that.

    To show that I’m grateful I will spend a lot of time with them and be kind.

    I can show this by being kind to them and playing with them.

  4. I am happy that I have a roof over my head And don’t have to worry were to sleep at night.

    Some people give people money That don’t have roofs Over their heads.

  5. I’m grateful for my friends and I can show it by playing with them in school and hang out with them out school.

  6. I am grateful for my family being able to have a dog I am also grateful for being able to get the education I need and being able to do after school clubs.

  7. To show I am grateful for the food I get given I will eat what is on my plate and say thank you after I ate it.

  8. I am grateful that I have a roof over my head. I’m gonna show it by helping and being kind to my parents.

  9. I am grateful for having a family that sticks together and to be able to see them. 🙂 🙂 I will show this by giving them hugs .
