Electrostatic and Magnetic forces June 7, 2018 Jamie William David Leave a comment This afternoon P6/7 have done lots of science experiments learning about electrostatic and magnetic forces. We rubbed balloons on our hair and tested where they would stick. We also moved different objects using magnets. We all had a lot of fun and even made our own magnets! Electrostatic balloon sticking to a whiteboard – acting like a magnet Magnetic maze – the magnet worked through card to move the paperclip through the maze. Save the drowning paperclip! The magnet worked through the glass and water to drag the paperclip out! Magnetic madness! We made our own needle magnets.
