What is it?\u00a0<\/h3>\n

\u201cThe wellbeing of children and young people is at the centre of GETTING IT RIGHT FOR EVERY CHILD<\/strong>.\u00a0 The approach focuses on eight areas of wellbeing, which children need to develop and achieve their potential\u2026\u00a0 The eight wellbeing indicators help children, parents\/carers and practitioners have a shared language and common understanding of wellbeing.\u201d<\/cite><\/p>\n

The GIRFEC approach is about how practitioners across all services for children and adults meet the needs of children and young people, working together where necessary to ensure they reach their full potential.\u00a0 It promotes a shared approach and accountability that:<\/p>\n
