Care Inspectorate have updated their provider guidance on records services must keep and notifications they must make. To reduce the amount of information overall and ensure it is clear and relevant to each sector, there are now three versions of the guidance:
- early learning and childcare (including childminders) services – purple doc
- children and young people services
- adult services.
Please note the guidance contains information on the updated notification of a protection concern (previously allegation of abuse) which is not live until 7 April 2025.
