‘Our regional improvement collaborative will focus on the culture of learning, evidence from enquiry embedded into practice and the benefits of a common language. These are factors recognised as necessary to generate whole system change (Quinn and Fullan, 2017) We also recognise that for this to be successful, teachers and leaders must be ready to change and be working within a culture of confidence and freedom to innovate.’
