New Shared Campus Update

 

Officers within the Council are currently working with the South West hub to progress the new Prestwick campus.  Following a decision by the Council in February approving the budget for the Maybole Campus project.  it is proposed to appoint one design team and one contractor to take them through the process. The projects will still have their own identities and designs but it will attract interest from more design teams.  The Council are beginning to formalise the project with the South West hub which will be completed shortly.  We anticipate that the engagement process with stakeholders will begin early/mid June but they will confirm this once the design team is in place
