The Prestwick Cluster covers the following centres:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Space Place Early Years Centre<\/li>\n<li>Monkton Early Years Centre<\/li>\n<li>Symington Early Years Centre<\/li>\n<li>Kingcase Early Years Centre<\/li>\n<li>Glenburn Early Years Centre<\/li>\n<li>Heathfield Early Years Centre<\/li>\n<li>St Ninian\u2019s Early Years Centre<\/li>\n<li>Fly High Early Years Centre<\/li>\n<li>Pine Trees Early Years Centre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We have devised a Steering Group of educational professionals across the centres and agreed to have a consistent approach to \u201ctransition\u201d for pre-school children. We feel that working collectively across centres this will have a streamlined approach to planning next steps in learning. This is an ambitious project that involves early years professionals designing a plan for children that offers consistency in transition activities across early years to primary 1.<\/p>\n<p>This session we are piloting a Prestwick Cluster transition project.
