\n\u2022 Take part in energetic play, such as a game of football\/ a child friendly fitness video\/ outdoor play etc.
\n\u2022 After this discuss how you feel after taking part in energetic play.
\n– Are you warm, is your heart rate slow or fast, and how can you change your heart rate.
\n– To bring heart rate down you could listen to mindful music\/ cosmic yoga on YouTube.<\/p>\n
