Moving from an Early Years setting to Primary 1 can be both an exciting and difficult time for preschool children. To make this transition easier, the Early Years team work closely with school teaching staff to organise a transition programme. \u00a0A variety of activities are planned which allow children to familiarise themselves with staff who they will work with and their new environment.\u00a0 This includes having a buddy from primary 6\u00a0which allows the children to get to know children from the upper school.<\/p>\n
