Enterprise Fortnight

  Preparation

The whole school worked hard to create a business as part of Enterprise Fortnight. We decided to have a “Pop Up Café” which was named “Café le School”.  The children advertised the event, created menus and much more! All of the money raised will go to the Guide Dogs charity.

P4-7 chopped the onions and peppers for the salad, Primary 1 washed the vegetables and primary 2-3 prepared the tuna. They also made the soup and sandwiches.
The children cleared and washed dishes, served drinks, created table plans, made and served food. They created a rota for all of the jobs.
The children made tray bakes to sell. There were waiting staff to take orders, drinks staff and kitchen porters.
