As part of their work on the Sea Story project, P5 were very happy to welcome some members of the team from ABP (Associated British Ports). We learned about how the Ports of Ayr and Troon operate, what they transport and who works there. We learned about how things are moved from boat to port and back again and how this is organised. We were very interested to learn about Pilots, who go out to all of the boats entering the port and help steer them in.
