We gathered together on our last day together for a while to perform this and hopefully bring a smile to your faces. First take and I think they did very well! Not sure about the understudy at the start though….Sorry to our Ballantrae Primary members who didn’t manage to perform today but hope we can catch up when we’re back.

Thank you to my little stars for such a wonderful session so far. I’m sorry I wasn’t there at the end to say goodbye in person. A massive thank you to all the other staff for giving my kids the hugs and listening ears. It’s been very emotional here at home!

Massive thank you to all our wonderful parent helpers for giving up their time to come and help out at our Big Booky Breakfast. We could not have done it without you. Big shout out tonMrs Challis for cooking a delicious breakfast for us all to enjoy and to Mrs Byers who organised this event. Thank you. 
Since the primary 5-7 class attend swimming lessons on a Thursday afternoon we didn’t want them missing out. So we decided to celebrate world book day a little earlier.
Primary 5 – 7 have been working very hard. They planned and delivered super, fun reading activities for their primary 1 and 2 buddies. Primary 4 did the same for primary 3. We have had a great week reading all sorts of exciting stories and carrying out fun tasks. The week ended with our Big Booky Breakfast for World Book Day. Fun times all round!
Primary 1-3 now have free book bug/read write count bags to bring home,
Today P3/4 were lucky enough to meet a real life lighthouse keeper! Mr Henderson came to visit and told us lots of interesting facts about life as a lighthouse keeper.
We discussed different types of engineers today. We had to sort the jobs out with their names.
Today we used our knowledge of lighthouses to build our own. Look at our wonderful creations.
P3/4 have had a great time exploring Rozelle and the Pirate Exhibition.
