Song for P7 leavers (lyrics below)

Lyrics ✨🎶

Girls!
Boys!
Everyone!
Let’s go!

This is our school, we’ve got every type of learner
So full of music, a rhythm of its own design
This is my primary, a perfect constellation
So many stars, and everybody gets to shine

Whoa, but let’s be clear, Mrs T runs this show
Whoa, she’s led us here for many years, you know
Whoa, and every year, our knowledge grows and grows
There’s just a lot you simply got to know, so

This is the Class of ‘22
We’re saying goodbye and thank you (You’re on your way)
Where all the people are fantastical and magical
You’re part of the class of ‘22

Abbey – Oh my gosh, it’s them!
Who are the P7s? I can’t remember all the P7s!

Morgan – But I don’t know who’s who!

Jake – All right, all right, relax

Zara – It is physically impossible to relax!

Amber- Tell us everything! Why will you miss them?

Abbey – Just tell us what’s special about them!

Alastair – And that’s why coffee’s for grown-ups

So many kids moving on, so, let’s turn the sound up
You know why? I think it’s time for a P7 round-up
P7 round-up

The girls they’re caring, cheerful and creative,
The boys are friendly, polite and keep us laughing loads
Our P7 boys are Tyler, Peter and William
Brooke joined us this year
Danielle came two years ago
William’s helpful and Danielle’s fun
Tyler’s caring, Peter’s the charming one
and Brooke we think she’s cool
Next year we’ll really miss them in our school

This is the Class of ‘22
We’re saying goodbye and thank you (you’re on your way)
Where all the people are fantastical and magical
You’re part of the class of ‘22
Adiós! Au Revoir! Cheery!

Glow and Teams Tutorials

Home Learning – Online Help 🖥️💻👩‍💻👨‍💻

The main thing to take from the following post is – don’t panic. Please don’t let the information overwhelm you. This is new to us all and we’ll get there!

The two videos below are to lead you through the set up of Glow/Teams on a range of devices and initial usage of Microsoft Teams. Some staff may encourage children to use the different settings within the app whilst live but these should get you started. I hope these help.

If there are any issues, please get in touch. Miss McAllister will be in school so may not be able to answer on here but will be available on sa16mcallisterr@glow.sch.uk or if you call the school 📞

We have found that the best quality and most effective way to use Teams is via the app, downloaded onto a PC or laptop (or mobile device like a tablet/iPad) with a camera and microphone – can be inbuilt or separate hardware. This also allows all participants to view each other on a grid style as opposed to one at a time, as on web browser version. Please see the second link to help with this
