At Barr Primary, we are proud to share that we have achieved our Core Accreditation<\/strong> as part of the Reading Schools<\/strong> programme through the Scottish Book Trust<\/strong>! This national initiative supports schools in developing a strong culture of reading for pleasure, helping to inspire young readers, boost literacy, and nurture a lifelong love of books.<\/p>\n We are now aiming to achieve Silver Accreditation by the end of this session<\/strong>, which will allow us to work towards Gold<\/strong> in the next school year.<\/p>\n Throughout this journey, we are involving pupils, staff, and the wider community to make reading an exciting and everyday part of school life.
