We work alongside various adults, committees, charities and other agencies to embed change and to help ensure Alloway Primary School is the best it can be.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-927 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/sa\/allowaypsandeyc\/files\/2019\/10\/Pupil-Council-e1570202561536-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"313\" height=\"235\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Our Projects:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Children in Need<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nChildren in Need day 2019 was a roaring success! <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"Emoji Emoji--forText\" title=\"Clapping hands sign (Medium light skin tone)\" src=\"https:\/\/abs.twimg.com\/emoji\/v2\/72x72\/1f44f-1f3fc.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc4f\ud83c\udffc\" width=\"34\" height=\"34\" \/>Thank you to all pupils, parents and staff for your support and efforts.\u00a0\u00a0We all had\u00a0a brilliant day and we raised an amazing \u00a3641.91! <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"Emoji Emoji--forText\" title=\"Star-struck\" src=\"https:\/\/abs.twimg.com\/emoji\/v2\/72x72\/1f929.png\" alt=\"\ud83e\udd29\" width=\"38\" height=\"38\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Poo Patrol<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nWe have recently noticed a lot of dog poo around our school and\u00a0in our community and we want to help to clean it up, so that all children in Alloway Primary stay healthy in school. We are making Super Pooper Bag Dispensers and will put these up around the school, alongside our campaign posters. We will also be working with the RRS group in order to strengthen our campaign. (COMING SOON\u00a0\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"Emoji Emoji--forText\" title=\"Grinning face\" src=\"https:\/\/abs.twimg.com\/emoji\/v2\/72x72\/1f600.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude00\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/>)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>NSPCC<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" nofocus\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lancashiresafeguarding.org.uk\/media\/35515\/nspcc-speak-out-stay-safe-icon_149x150.jpg\" alt=\"See the source image\" width=\"69\" height=\"70\" \/><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nWe recently had a visit from the\u00a0SSPCC who came in to talk to us about our right to be safe and to be cared for. They are travelling around the UK sharing their\u00a0message:\u00a0 &#8220;Speak out stay safe!&#8221; We will be working with the SSPCC over the next few months to raise awareness of\u00a0this powerful message and fundraise for this very valuable cause.
