Tuesday ………. Hello from Twiggle!

Hello everybody! We just had a special message from our friend, Twiggle! I think he is missing us all a lot…

“Hello, boys and girls! I hope you are all staying safe at home with your families. I just wanted to let you know that I am staying safe at nursery and in my own home – my shell! Henrietta the Hedgehog, Duke the Dog and Daphne the Duck are all staying in their houses, too. I miss them and I miss you all but I have got lots to do here at nursery! I am making sure that all of the toys stay safe and behave themselves! I like to play with the trains the most! I will leave a message for you all again soon. And remember – if this difficult situation makes you feel a little bit anxious or uncomfortable, remember that How to Do Turtle technique helps! Stay safe boys and girls and have lots of fun at home! I miss you!”

WOW! Isn’t it super nice to get a special message from Twiggle?! We sure miss him, too! Why don’t you show off your Doing the Turtle skills to your families? We know you are super good at it! Here is a little reminder…

Superman dance!

Hello everybody! We hope you are staying safe and having fun. Let’s move around today! Let’s exercise those muscles and show off our super dance moves! It’s one of our favourites – the Superman dance! Are you ready? One, two, three… Here we go!

How did it make you feel?!
Did your heart started beating any different?
Do you feel warm or cold?

There are so many good things that come from exercising! Not only do we get better and better at moving our bodies but it also helps us burn energy and in the end – feel more relaxed! We hope you enjoyed it 🙂

Welcome back!

Hello everyone! We are missing you so much and can’t wait until we see you all again… But we do really hope you’re staying safe! We hope you had a lovely Easter and used your imagination to think of lots of activities to stay busy during these difficult times.

Let’s get moving – we all know how important exercising is! It gets our heart pumping, muscles stretching and lungs expanding!
