The children and staff were asked to complete a survey, this gave us good information about where we are as a school.<\/p>\n<p>The information helped us create an Action Plan. These actions are what we need to do to achieve Silver.<\/p>\n<p>Some of these actions are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The steering group will lead assemblies to raise the profile of children&#8217;s rights.<\/li>\n<li>The steering group will create a regular newsletter to share with parents.<\/li>\n<li>The teachers will include lessons about rights.<\/li>\n<li>We will include rights-based language in restorative conversations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We want to be a Rights Respecting School.
