Nursery Day<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The daily routine is very flexible allowing for the interests of the children and unexpected learning opportunities. The routine varies from day to day, with a balance of child-led free play and structured adult-led activities.<\/p>\n Physical Play<\/strong><\/p>\n Whenever possible children are encouraged to participate in physical play both indoors and outdoors.<\/p>\n Free Play<\/strong><\/p>\n The playroom is laid out with a variety of activities the children can play with. They can choose to play alone, with a friend or participate in a group situation.<\/p>\n Story Time<\/strong><\/p>\n A short quiet time when the larger group are encouraged to listen to stories.<\/p>\n Small Group Time<\/strong><\/p>\n Specific play activities are prepared for this time, ensuring that children participate in a balanced and broad curriculum. This allows the staff to observe closely and interact with your child, providing support when necessary.<\/p>\n Singing\/Music Time<\/strong><\/p>\n A wonderful opportunity for all the children to participate in an enjoyable, communal activity.<\/p>\n Tidy Up Time<\/strong><\/p>\n Children are encouraged to participate in a group tidy-up time.
