We have 2 sessions:
Morning Session 8.45 – 11.55am
Afternoon Session 12.30 – 3.40pm

Nursery Day

The daily routine is very flexible allowing for the interests of the children and unexpected learning opportunities. The routine varies from day to day, with a balance of child-led free play and structured adult-led activities.

Physical Play

Whenever possible children are encouraged to participate in physical play both indoors and outdoors.

Free Play

The playroom is laid out with a variety of activities the children can play with. They can choose to play alone, with a friend or participate in a group situation.

Story Time

A short quiet time when the larger group are encouraged to listen to stories.

Small Group Time

Specific play activities are prepared for this time, ensuring that children participate in a balanced and broad curriculum. This allows the staff to observe closely and interact with your child, providing support when necessary.

Singing/Music Time

A wonderful opportunity for all the children to participate in an enjoyable, communal activity.

Tidy Up Time

Children are encouraged to participate in a group tidy-up time. This involves sorting toys, cleaning paint pots and general clearing up and care of equipment.
