Block Play

Lots of children displayed an interest in the coloured blocks and used them to create structures and towers, ,developing their fine motor skills as the pick up and carefully place each block .Some children decided to sort, match and group the blocks in colours. Whilst other children remained focused on replicating one or more of the patterns on the cards, using variety of problem solving skills, perseverance and mathematical language. Yellow on top it's a big square 1,2,3 red and 1,2,3redand3 3 green"
