Attendance must be recorded twice a day, morning and afternoon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attendance and Late-coming<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please remember to call the school to inform us of your child\u2019s absence. School office is open from 8.30am.<\/p>\n<p>We will send a text out for any unexplained absence and this will be followed by a phone call. When we do not hear from you we become concerned for your child\u2019s safety and have a strict policy to follow. This includes home visits by school staff.<\/p>\n<p>We continue to monitor attendance on a monthly basis and letters are issued to all pupils with less than 90% attendance or more than 5 instances of late-coming.<\/p>\n<p>For any holidays during term time a letter should be sent to the school office.
