Primary 1 were learning to add more detail to their drawings this week. We used oil pastels to create wonderful self portraits.
Primary One went bananas today!
Primary One were in the cooking classroom today. We learned about hygiene and washed our hands before handling our food.  We worked on our slicing skills to create banana sheep using Fairtrade bananas. We washed our chopping boards and knives and dried them for the next class to use. We decided to create sheep as we were learning the ee sound this week.
Primary 1 Daily Mile
Primary 1 started the Daily Mile this week.
Primary One Yoga!
Primary One started some yoga today! We are working through the alphabet. Have a look at our aeroplanes, butterflies, cobras, dogs and the easy pose! Feel free to ask your children to demonstrate for you tonight!
Volcano Fun in Primary One!
We have been learning about volcanoes this week and even had the chance to watch a demonstration! Thank you to everyone who brought in resources relating to volcanoes.
