Exam Stress

Some people can handle exam stress without any problems. Other people can get very anxious around exams and this impacts on their studying. However you react to exams, you should try to manage your stress as much as possible.

That should start with adopting as healthy a lifestyle as possible while studying. Make sure your diet is as healthy as possible so you are getting all the nutrients you need. This will also make sure you get enough sleep – so avoid lots of high caffeine drinks which won’t really help you in the long run.

Try to make sure you get some exercise every day too. A break away from studying will help you concentrate, release any nervous energy and lower your anxiety levels.
