The main aim of Religious Education at St. Paul’s is to help children deepen their faith and live out Gospel values.<\/p>\n
Our Catholic tradition is enriched in prayers and devotions which help young people to become aware of, and show reverence to, the sacred presence of the living God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Guided by this tradition, we celebrate various seasons and special feast days to honour God, Mary his Mother and the Saints.<\/p>\n
This regular practice of Prayer is complemented by religious services conducted in school and in our local Parish Church to mark special occasions \u2013 e,g. the distribution of Ashes on Ash Wednesday, the seasons of Advent or Lent.\u00a0 To mark special Feast Days and Holy Days of Obligation, Holy Mass will be celebrated by Father Thomas with the school community in St Paul\u2019s parish.\u00a0\u00a0Pupils, at Primary 4 and Primary 7 participate in retreats to help prepare them for the Sacraments of Holy Communion and Confirmation.<\/p>\n

It invites young people at the Primary 6 and 7 stages to use the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and to see how they can bear fruit in their homes, schools and parishes.
