Hot lunches will resume from Monday. Please see attached link for menus. This can also be found in the information section of school app. Please note there is no longer a sandwich option. A reminder that all children in Primaries 1-4 now receive free school meals.

Please see attached a letter from Jacquelyn Else-Jack, Primary School Outreach Librarian, which contains all the details of this year’s Summer Reading Challenge. There will be a prize to the school with the largest number of pupils completing the Challenge (as percentage of school roll) and a prize to the school with the biggest increase in pupils completing the Challenge. There is also opportunity to nominate a pupil to be a Wild World Hero Ambassador.
RL Sports Services have also kindly donated a free swim pass for all participants and there is exciting news about a new online resource #streammystory created by Scottish librarians featuring online videos from some of the best children’s authors including Joseph Coelho, Vivian French and Debi Giiori.
A paper copy of this letter was sent home on 22nd June – letter also advised class and teacher info for 2021-22 session.
