We discuss our role, our achievements and any concerns we have about our job.<\/p>\n<p id=\"_N83k9Fqy2PpYEV\" dir=\"ltr\">Our Literacy Leaders are a great help in class and offer children some 1:1 time revising sounds, tricky words and being a reading buddy.
