Parent Council Vote update
Apologies to all who have put themselves forward for positions within the Parent Council and to everyone who took the time to vote. Unfortunately, the vote was void and as a result the decision has been made to go ahead with a paper vote. The voting sheet will show a randomised number and remain completely anonymous.
All votes will be issued early next week and should be returned sealed in the attached envelope by Friday 30th September. The school office will collect all envelopes for counting and the successful candidates will be published week commencing Monday 3rd October.
PECS OVERVIEW (FREE TALK) – FREE TALKS (SEPTEMBER 2022)
PECS uses pictures and symbols which enable a child to communicate effectively with other people. It is particularly useful for children who are non-verbal, have limited or unclear speech and/or do not use a functional communication system in the home/preschool/school environment.

This funding is part of The Scottish Government’s commitment to the development of short breaks for the benefit of Carers and/or those they care for. The purpose of grants is to improve the range, choice, and availability so that Carers and the people they care for have a better quality of life and feel better supported in their caring relationship. Grants awarded are up to a maximum of £250.00
