Unfortunately, due to current restrictions we are unable to put on our usual Christmas performance. However, we are working hard to ensure that a show will still go on. All pupils throughout the school are preparing to contribute towards a digital performance within their individual classes.
For our Nursery and Primary departments, the theme is ‘The Greatest Snowman’ and for costumes, could we kindly ask parents to send in warm outdoor clothes/accessories for their children, e.g. hats, gloves, scarves, thick jackets.
Recording will be taking place next week from the 23rd– 27th next week. We will of course return items on Friday the 27th.
Information for Secondary and Senior Phase Departments will follow soon.

Many thanks to everyone who donated to our Children in Need fundraiser. The children (and staff) all looked amazing and completed all their challenges to raise a fantastic £371.32. Well done Riverbrae!
Please remember that Friday 13th November is dress down for Children in Need. As the theme is ‘act your age’, we would love to see children dressed in something linked to their age e.g. 7 spots on a t shirt, 10 clasps in their hair, but ordinary clothes or Children in Need bought clothes are also fine. Any donations would be greatly appreciated, all donations will go directly to the Children in Need Charity.
“Many thanks to everyone who donated to our this year, which sadly had to be cancelled due to current restrictions. We had an in-house raffle and added that to previous ticket sales and donations. We are delighted to be sending £192.26 to Marie Curie. ”
At Riverbrae we work together to build an inclusive and happy community where every achievement is celebrated and every experience is viewed as an opportunity for learning. We want our young people to have success for today and be prepared for tomorrow.
