These themes have been developed on the basis of psychological theory and logical sequences of learning.<\/p>\n<p>Each theme includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>What do staff need to know?<\/li>\n<li>What can staff do?\n<ul>\n<li>Professional Reading<\/li>\n<li>Practical ideas for <strong>all staff<\/strong> to consider how they can translate the weekly theme into actions.<\/li>\n<li>This section contains ideas \u2018for ourselves\u2019 and \u2018for others\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Staff \u2018thought for the day\u2019 infographic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Staff wellbeing is key to recovery in the school community.
