\"\"The Scottish Government published revised guidance on Supporting Transgender Pupils in Schools<\/em><\/strong> in September 2025<\/strong>. This non-statutory guidance provides education authorities and schools with practical advice on supporting transgender young people, alongside information on relevant legislative and policy frameworks. It emphasises a rights-based approach aligned with the Equality Act 2010 and the UNCRC (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 2024, and includes considerations for confidentiality, wellbeing, and inclusive practice.
