Renfrewshire Council’s Safety Plan<\/strong><\/a> is designed for you to work through with a child\/young person who is vulnerable and where there is a need to keep them safe for now.\u00a0 The plan could be part of your child protection procedures and can be uploaded into your childs’ plan or added to pastoral notes as a link.\u00a0 The link should be shared with the child\/young person you are supporting so that they have a copy available to them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Using the link<\/strong><\/a>, you can duplicate<\/strong> the Form so that it is set up for your education establishment.<\/span><\/p>\n
