In October 2023, the UK Government\u2019s Online Safety Bill was published in response to harmful online content which affects the mental heath and wellbeing of our children and young people by promoting behaviours such as self-harm, eating disorders and pornography.\u00a0 \u00a0Click here to access the Bill.<\/p>\n

\"\"To support young people to remove sexual images of themselves online, the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and NSPCC have developed the\u00a0<\/strong>Report Remove<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0tool<\/strong>, in partnership with age verification app,\u00a0Yoti<\/a>. Report Remove can support a young person in reporting sexual images or videos shared online and enables them to get the image removed if it is illegal. The NSPCC\u2019s Childline service ensures that the young person is safeguarded throughout the process and the IWF assesses the images.<\/p>\n
