\"\"Over the course of the last two sessions we have been highlighting the Glasgow Motivation and Wellbeing Profiling Tool (GMWP)<\/strong>.\u00a0 The tool was developed by Glasgow’s Psychological Service and consists of a questionnaire that aims to understand wellbeing across domains outlined by GIRFEC SHANARRI indicators (Scottish Government, 2014). The tool is free and easy to use and allows establishments to ensure that pupil voice is at the heart of planning around wellbeing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
