Renfrewshire Council strives to ensure all staff are skilled in addressing the impact of poverty on outcomes for children, young people and their families. As a result of delivering a range of high-quality leadership professional learning opportunities, it has made measurable progress in supporting all staff to raise attainment across all stages whilst closing the poverty-related attainment gap. Outcomes in literacy, numeracy and health and wellbeing have improved significantly for our children and young people (pre-covid). This is as a result of empowered leadership at all levels within our schools.<\/p>\n
