reluctant writers, to encourage children to see themselves as writers and to draw upon children\u2019s own knowledge and experiences to inform their writing.\u00a0 This course explores a range of evidence-based strategies including:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"_BFPn6zdsCHBk4Q\">\n<li id=\"_xkEIikzg5kEAI8\">developing writing skills with the 3 Domain Model<\/li>\n<li id=\"_3XLxN83P3PHkRM\">developing writing through use of a shared text<\/li>\n<li id=\"_TXqJnB4RuEG4Y6\">the use of class\/individual writing journals<\/li>\n<li id=\"_9dTjMByWy3hoZi\">low stakes, high impact writing activities<\/li>\n<li id=\"_zYx4i4C9jbigPc\">use of poetry<\/li>\n<li id=\"_M2RLqhYdUK9DF4\">differentiation of writing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"_6W8jrnoP83iMRU\" dir=\"ltr\">This course will be offered termly in session 21\/22 (dates TBC) and can also be tailored to meet the needs of individual schools and offered as an in-service\/collegiate input.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a
