GSC Learning Lab ‘Our World, Our Impact’ (First & Second Level)
Through participation in GSC Learning Lab ‘Our World, Our Impact’ we will explore our connection to the changes in our planet. Practitioners will have increased confidence & learners will have a better understanding of:
- the basics around Climate Science;
- the basis of sustainable living and the human impacts on our planet;
- career opportunities in the field.
GSC Learning Lab ‘Our World, Our Impact’ (First & Second Level)
Through participation in GSC Learning Lab ‘Our World, Our Impact’ we will explore our connection to the changes in our planet. Practitioners will have increased confidence & learners will have a better understanding of:
- The basics around Climate Science
- The basis of sustainable living and the human impacts on our planet
- Career opportunities in the field.
The programme consists of one CLPL session and 4 learning modules on the following themes:
- climate & weather;
- energy;
- biodiversity;
- food.
Learning modules have been differentiated to meet needs at first and second level and are delivered by the class teacher over 8-10 weeks.
Twighlight CLPL suitable for primary teachers working at first level will be offered on 19/1/22 and will be repeated on 27/4/22.
Twighlight CLPL suitable for primary teachers working at second level will be offered on 8/9/21 and will be repeated on 21/4/22.
