Thurs 7 October 2021 – Strategy, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict, Child Protection, Evaluative Writing

Tues 9 November 2021 – 360 self-evaluation, enquiring practitioners,  system leadership, connections, uplifting leadership

Concludes with a mock assessment centre

Twilights during Sept 2021 – Feb 2022

Topics include: National Model of Professional Learning, Improvement and Change, Communication, Leadership Styles, Introduction to a Coaching Approach. Programme includes conducting a small scale project & reporting back.

Aspiring Secondary PT

Topics include: Introduction to Leadership, PT Pastoral: Pupil Support/GIRFEC,PT Curriculum: Curriculum Development/SQA/Courses and Managing Improvement – Using Improvement Science Methodologies to Effect Change. Programme includes conducting a small scale project & reporting back.
