It will examine the underlying issues that contribute to this from early years through to secondary.<\/p>\n
It will offer the opportunity to explore gender roles, stereotypes and bias and the impact on learner participation, attainment and achievement and wellbeing.<\/p>\n
The session will explore wider equalities, whilst also highlighting strategies and resources available to support settings to adopt a sustainable approach to addressing imbalance and inequality and removing barriers for learners of different genders and backgrounds in STEM.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
