ASIST (2 day training course)

ASIST is a comprehensive workshop designed to help all in communities to become more willing, ready and able to help people at risk of suicide.  Participants will learn how to recognise the signs of suicidal thoughts and how to intervene to prevent the immediate risk of suicide.
