It hardly seems days since we returned to schools and nurseries in January and yet here we are in April at the end of second term! From the day-to-day learning activities we’ve engage together in, Practice exams and coursework completion,  to the successful writing entries in the national Mother Tongue, Other Tongue competition, once again it’s been a hardworking but exciting and rewarding time.

A huge thank you to all of the schools and nurseries who have once again allowed us this term to join them in providing support for learners with English as an additional language.  Likewise, many thanks to all of our learners’ parents and guardians for the support you have given to the team and to our learners – we really couldn’t achieve anything without you.

But most of all, an almighty thank you to all of the learners whom we work with across the various schools and nurseries in Renfrewshire for the hard work and commitment you have shown once again this term and for the laughter and fun we’ve shared along our learning journeys together.

Finally, we’d like to say Ramadan Mubarak to all of our Muslim learners and their families for whom Ramadan began this weekend and Happy Easter when it comes to our Christian learners and their families.

We wish everyone a relaxing, well-deserved and fun-filled Spring Holiday break and look forward to seeing you all back safe and sound for the start of Term 3.
