The resource below highlights information from our ‘Skills for Recovery’ programme where we focussed on ‘what you need to know’ and ‘what you need to do’ in order to look after yourself.  The resource shares information and advice on regulating our feelings and also signposts to further supports if required.  There is also a parent resource which duplicates the message shared with pupils while adding further signposts for parents seeking support.
