At our school it is Health Week. This means that we come to school in sports clothes and we do lots of different activities. Today we have done karate. We have also done orienteering in Barshaw Park and basketball. After lunch we are having a Sports Day where our 4 houses ( Semple, which I am in, Crookston, Blackhall and Stanley ) race against each other in year groups. We do a sack race, skipping race, three-legged race, relay race, hurdles and a sprint. Last year I came second in the sack race. This year me and Melissa are working together to try and win as many as possible. I will post again after Sports Day. <3
Health Week
At our school every year we have health week. It is loads of fun and we get to do a variety of different sports. We also have a sports day where we race and we see what house gets the most points and that house last year was semple. I was really glad because it was my house that won. My favourite race is the relay race which only two from each house get to do so in each primary there will be eight racing to win. Hope my house wins! ^. .^
I will miss Ralston Primary School when I go to Paisley Grammar. I will definitely miss all the teachers I have ever had, like Mrs Shand, Miss Morrison, Mrs Pinder and the other teachers I have had. All the events the school have had like Discos, Movie night once, Christmas karaoke and the Christmas fair have all been fun. Outdoor learning and the daily mile have been good, we have done den building, planting, painting and made rain catchers. I know high school will be fun but I wish they had stuff like outdoor learning! There is a good thing about being in p7 like the green week fashion show.
Moving On
This year I am moving on into High School after seven years of Primary. I have many brilliant memories from Primary which includes when I was chosen to be a judge for the talent show as well as many more. During the induction days we met some of the teachers who were all extremely kind and helpful. I really enjoyed it. Although I am ecstatic for going into High School, I will miss lots of things about Primary School. This year has definitely been the best. My only problem is that it has gone too quick!
Primary School
I have enjoyed primary seven because we went to Lockerbie Manor and It was loads of fun. I also enjoyed going to Paisley Grammar for the two day induction and I made lots of new friends. Just now we are doing sports week and that has been great fun, so far this week we have done basketball, orienteering and karate. I will miss primary school loads and miss my friends who are not going to the Grammar. I have enjoyed Primary school very much!!!!
Primary School
I will miss primary school when I go to high school. In primary seven I have made so many new friends whilst I was at Lockerbie and at our induction days. I am very excited about leaving but I am also worried that I am not going to be the oldest in the school and that the S6’s will be a lot taller. I have enjoyed Primary very much and I cant wait to be in high school although I will miss my friends going to other schools. I will make a lot more friends in high school.
Moving On
I am finally going to high school! I am a bit nervous about going but I will probably enjoy it. I have three of my friends in my class which I am happy about. I really liked primary school so I am sad to leave. We are all excited and I hope the rest of my classmates have a great time. :0
Moving on to High School
I have enjoyed primary school because all the teachers are very nice and friendly. I could find my way about easily but high school is so much bigger and there are more people. I am looking forward to high school because I will meet new people and do more subjects. : )
