Primary 6 were excited to visit Burns Cottage on Monday 20th February. We had a great day and the weather turned out lovely for us. We had a walk round the Burns museum first and then a guide took us to famous places in Alloway. We went to the Brig O’Doon, the Auld Kirk and a walk along Poets Path which led us to Burns Cottage.
At Burns Cottage we got to dress up like an ordinary person from the 18th century. This was a lot of fun and you will see from the pictures that we had some new girls join the class!
