Good evening, I hope you have had a great weekend. Homework and news for this week as follows:
Homework
Spelling – This week our spelling pattern is the prefix trans as in transport and transform. Please complete the spelling activities detailed at the front of the homework jotters.
Maths – This week we are looking at multiples, factors and prime numbers. Please complete this task for Thursday.
Reading – This week we are encouraging the children to read for pleasure. The children should use their book for pleasure or their chosen accelerated reader for homework. They can then complete an accelerated reader quiz if they finish their books in class or at home.
News
On Wednesday we have our Bishopton Sports day. Children can come to school in their house colours and sporty clothes.
The school will be closed on Friday 27th May and will reopen on Monday 30th May.
