{"id":555,"date":"2017-11-21T20:32:02","date_gmt":"2017-11-21T20:32:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/re\/primary2bps\/?p=555"},"modified":"2017-11-21T20:32:02","modified_gmt":"2017-11-21T20:32:02","slug":"p2r-news-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/re\/primary2bps\/2017\/11\/21\/p2r-news-2\/","title":{"rendered":"P2R news"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are planning to have our P2 woodland and local community walk on <strong>Friday 8th December.<\/strong> (weather permitting)\u00a0 The children have been learning about the Forestry Commission and ways in which our woodland areas in Scotland are very useful and important to our society.\u00a0 We watched this video together and had a wonderful discussion about the importance of looking after our woodland areas and our local community.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/scotland.forestry.gov.uk\/supporting\">http:\/\/scotland.forestry.gov.uk\/supporting<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you are able to join us on our walk, please pop a note in the diary and we will be in touch as soon as possible.\u00a0 We aim to leave the school at 9:15 and be back by playtime at 10:30.\u00a0 Thank you in advance.<\/p>\n<p>This Friday we will continue our read and munch.\u00a0 Pupils are welcome to bring in a healthy snack and story to read in class.<\/p>\n<p>In the next couple of week we will be beginning our formal French lessons in class.
