The children have been working hard on their sentence structure in class:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capital letter at beginning of each sentence.<\/li>\n<li>Finger spaces between each word.<\/li>\n<li>Writing on the line, check formation of letters.<\/li>\n<li>Interesting openers.<\/li>\n<li>Punctuation, full stop at the end of a sentence.<\/li>\n<li>Using nouns and adjectives to expand our sentence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We would love to see the children challenge themselves by growing the words. For example,<\/p>\n<p>thread \u2013 threading<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reading<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your child has been issued a new book to read at home.
