As part of our All About Me topic we are looking for photographs of the children with their families. If possible, please could you send in a photograph to add to our floor book/display.
We would also love to add photographs of the homes the children live in to our house corner – helps us to make it more realistic for the children.
Please note these photographs will not be returned. If you are unable to send in a photograph, this is absolutely fine.

We have a cardigan left behind in P1M/P1W. It is a navy blue Matalan cardigan age 9. Please let us know if it belongs to your child.

We hope everyone had a relaxing weekend after another busy week.
Homework for this week:
Your child has picked a new picture book from our class library. Please continue to use the 3 Sharings to discuss the story. We have had a few 3 Sharings bookmarks left in class – please let us know if you require one.
You will find the sound cards for ‘i’, ‘p’ and ‘n’ in your child’s book bag. Please practise these with your child, in addition to last week’s sounds. The links to the Jolly Phonics songs for these sounds are below.

Jolly Phonics ‘n’ Song
Please choose any of the maths activities and date once completed. Just 1 activity per week.
The children are making good progress with their targets. Thank you for your help with this. We will continue to check their target wheels regularly.
Read and Munch
We have changed our Read and Munch day to a Thursday, this is to accommodate our P7 buddies. The children will be joined by their P7 reading buddies this week.Your child can bring in a book from home and a healthy snack. We kindly ask that the children only bring a small healthy snack for R&M – a small piece of fruit or veg is suitable.
As always, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
