P1P and P1N

Good evening

We hope you had a fantastic weekend!

S.T.E.M Week

This week is all about S.T.E.M. (science, technology, engineering and maths.) On top of our normal timetable, we will be learning and celebrating all things S.T.E.M. every afternoon. Keep an eye on our blog this week to see what we get up to each day.

If possible, can we please also ask that you send in one piece of recyclable material (cardboard cereal box, bottle, newspaper etc) to help us complete our tasks throughout the week. Thank you!

Parent Appointments

Please keep an eye out for a letter on Tuesday detailing your appointment day and time. We have tried our best to accommodate your requests. Please return the tear off slips as soon as possible.

Reading book –  continue to read and enjoy the book that your child has chosen to read. Remember to use the 3 sharings also please.

Wordwall- continue to focus on helping your child learn to read the words highlighted in pink. We will only highlight these words in green when we feel that your child is confident reading the word.

Maths – please continue to choose at least one activity from the sheet to complete each week. Please note that you can select from the whole sheet and not just the dotted activities .

Target Cards- We have collected all target cards to review with your child and will issue these back out at some point this week. If you have your child’s target card at home and it is not completed, please send it into school as soon as possible. Thanks.

We will be issuing new targets after the October break.

As always, please let us know if there is anything that we can help with.
