Some days even your teachers feel good and some times they too feel fed up, sad and angry. Remember it is okay to feel angry. How can you tell when someone is angry, what does their face look like? Remember when you are feeling angry, do the Turtle and talk to someone. Before screaming and shouting, think of 3 things you could do to instead e.g listen to music, jog, scream into a pillow! Here are some resources to help you cope when you are feeling angry or upset.
