Last session, we worked with Brian Donnelly, Orbis Training & Consultancy, to review our Vision, Values & Aims.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Our NEW Vision, Values & Aims were created through consultation with everyone in our OLOP Family.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Our Vision<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are a family at Our Lady of Peace<\/p>\n

Our vision is of a school where children are welcomed, where they feel safe, where they are connected and are supported to learn and to grow.<\/p>\n

We are Always Learning, and Aiming High<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Our Values<\/strong><\/p>\n

Everything we do at Our Lady of Peace starts with our values. We role model positive relationships by demonstrating these values in our interactions with others and use them to help our children when they are not getting on or treating each other well.<\/p>\n

At Our Lady of Peace, we offer support and learning at all levels that gets it right for our children and their families.\u00a0 We put our children at the centre of what we do and the decisions we make<\/p>\n

A<\/strong>chieving<\/strong> – <\/strong>We are a team at Our Lady of Peace. We encourage everyone to \u2018Aim High\u2019 and to \u2018do their best.\u2019 Effort and hard work are part of who we are. We will offer each child the support they need, and we provide a range of stimulating teaching and learning experiences for all children and in partnership with parents, take into account their individual educational, pastoral, and social needs.<\/p>\n

L<\/strong>ove & Kindness<\/strong> – <\/strong>Kindness helps us create a school where we feel safe and valued. We think about the impact our words and behaviour have on each other. We respect and listen to each other. We recognise the diversity in our school, and we celebrate it. We will challenge all unkind behaviour and actions in an honest and supportive way.<\/p>\n
